Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of commercial software development experience using C# and .NET.
- Senior-level experience with the ability to lead complex technical topics.
- Experience working with existing, complex codebases.
- Knowledge of application security, system stability, and production-readiness practices.
- Experience in analyzing technical debt and implementing remediation.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, monitoring, deployment, and error handling.
- Experience using AI tools in the development process.
- Strong communication skills for direct client interactions.
- Fluent in English (C1) and Polish (B2).
- Availability to work at least partially during US business hours.
- Availability for at least 50% of a full-time workload.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications using .NET technologies.
- Assess existing codebase quality and architecture.
- Design and implement new features while resolving complex technical issues.
- Identify and address application security, stability, and maintainability concerns.
- Perform modernization and refactoring of technical areas.
- Contribute to monitoring, deployment, error-handling, and incident-response processes.
- Utilize AI tools for software development and code analysis.
- Lead technical decision-making and project planning.
- Maintain direct communication with international clients regarding project requirements and risks.
