- Demonstrated success in talent acquisition, with experience placing candidates across diverse levels and industries in tight time frames.
- Proficiency with Ashby (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong interpersonal skills, enabling the building of trusted relationships with clients and candidates.
- Dependable attendance during scheduled hours, with strong follow-through and proactive communication.
- Positive, enthusiastic approach to recruiting.
- Eagerness to learn about different job types, skill sets, and client businesses.
- Strong understanding of the talent landscape and passion for remote work.
- Ability to commit to a consistent weekly block of 15-25 hours.
Responsibilities
- Gain in-depth knowledge of diverse job requirements, client business operations, and industry trends to target highly suitable candidates.
- Set up and manage job postings in Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter, optimizing each for visibility and appeal.
- Use various sourcing channels, such as LinkedIn, job boards, and networking, to proactively identify and engage potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and alignment with client needs.
- Carry a full load of sourcing, screenings, and interviews each week, consistently putting forward 3–5 well-vetted, genuinely qualified candidates every seven days.
- Build and manage a robust, high-quality talent pipeline for quick access to qualified candidates.
- Coordinate with the Bullpen Talent team on active searches and special projects, keeping notes and candidate records current.
