Requirements
- Demonstrated technical expertise in building complex prompt engineering schemas.
- Experience building custom agent workflows.
- Expertise in managing LLM performance, specifically within the Anthropic (Claude) ecosystem.
- Proven experience developing bespoke orchestration layers and CLI-driven tools.
- Strong business acumen focused on driving operational value and rapid deployment.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between AI development and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with internal AI Champions to analyze existing business operations and structurally redesign them into AI-first agentic workflows.
- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI agents and specialized skills using custom orchestration logic via the Anthropic Command Line Interface.
- Manage a fluid project lifecycle involving business discovery, requirements gathering, and active coding.
- Serve as a technical mentor to business units to ensure sustainable independent operation of workflows after a 9-to-12-month horizon.
