Job Details

5+ years of experience in Ops, BizOps, Program Ops, or PS Ops supporting technical, customer-facing teams in SaaS.
Proven track record in building operating cadences, capacity planning, and Professional Services forecasting.
Hands-on experience with PSA tools such as Rocketlane, including resource planning and project tracking.
Experience designing and deploying workflow automations using n8n, Zapier, or equivalent tools.
Practical experience applying AI agents to operational workflows like timecard automation and resource recommendations.
Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP for invoicing and revenue recognition.
Strong systems thinking capabilities to integrate Salesforce, Rocketlane, and SAP.
High level of data fluency for modeling capacity and translating multi-system data into actionable insights.
Strong executive-level communication skills.

Design and deploy AI agents and workflow automations to eliminate operational drag across Professional Services.
Manage the integration layer between Salesforce, Rocketlane, SAP, Jira, and reporting tools.
Build dashboards to support leadership decisions and provide operational partnership to Solution Engineering and Professional Services.
Establish and manage the weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational rhythm, including pipeline and capacity reviews.
Own Professional Services demand forecasting and revenue recognition accuracy within Salesforce and SAP.
Develop and maintain an end-to-end capacity model to manage utilization, bench, and hiring needs.
Standardize pre-sales to delivery handoffs, scoping workflows, and project health hygiene.
