Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior or Lead Product Designer or UX/UI roles.
- Proven expertise in information architecture and organizing complex information.
- Strong interaction design skills with experience in multi-step workflows and complex user journeys.
- Experience working independently as the primary designer on a product team.
- Ability to collaborate closely with engineers and iterate rapidly.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma including design systems and components.
- Daily experience using AI-powered design tools for ideation and prototyping.
- Strong English communication skills (Minimum B2 level proficiency).
- Application and CV must be submitted in English.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product design process for a Business-as-Code platform.
- Own the design lifecycle from early discovery and information architecture to visual design systems.
- Design intuitive interfaces that integrate conversational AI with structured, data-rich content.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product stakeholders to shape product decisions.
- Deliver production-ready design assets and components.
