Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
- At least 3+ years recruiting and interviewing IT profiles
- Experience hiring roles such as Software Developers, DevOps Engineers, SREs, Architects, and QA professionals
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
- Hands-on experience with multiple interview techniques
- Ability to interpret technical job requirements and assess IT skill sets effectively
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, IT, or a related field
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Ability to adapt quickly in fast-changing, dynamic environments
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Identify and source qualified IT professionals using niche platforms and advanced search strategies
- Screen and interview candidates for technical and cultural alignment
- Lead salary discussions and support offer negotiations
- Partner with IT leaders to anticipate hiring needs and workforce planning
- Shortlist high-quality candidates for various technical roles
- Maintain and nurture a strong talent pipeline for future openings
