Requirements
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and completing clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience and willingness to work collaboratively and creatively to meet deadlines.
- Comfort and familiarity working with clients with a diverse range of problems or concerns.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Demonstrate and model stable and appropriate boundaries with clients.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create, and implement treatment plans.
- Complete ongoing documentation including diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes.
- Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines.
- Maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week for full-time status.
- Coordinate services with other care providers, families, work, medical, and school personnel.
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
