Requirements
- Must hold a current, active license (LMFT, LPC-MHSP, LCSW, PsyD) in Tennessee.
- Must be in good standing with the governing licensing board.
- Master’s Degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Minimum 1 year of related post-license clinical experience.
- Expertise in delivering culturally responsive and competent care.
- Proficiency in short-term, evidence-based therapies (e.g., CBT, DBT, Unified Protocol, CPT, or PE).
- Must be able to conduct clinical sessions while physically located in the United States.
- Must possess an unmanaged computer (Mac OS Ventura+ or Windows 10/11) kept with recent security updates.
- Ability to communicate effectively via virtual platforms like Zoom and Google Meet.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality behavioral health care to adult clients via video conferencing.
- Deliver evidence-based, short-term therapy for stress, depression, anxiety, and other concerns.
- Develop and customize individual mental health treatment plans for clients.
- Maintain a strong therapeutic alliance with diverse adult clients.
- Deliver feedback-informed care using standardized measures.
- Collaborate with a diverse clinical team in an evolving, client-centered environment.
