Requirements
- Active, good-standing license as a LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Washington.
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses (costs covered by company).
- Availability for 8-24 hours per week, with 85% of time in client sessions.
- 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+).
- At least six months of teletherapy experience.
- Proficiency with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9).
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Ability to select 7-10 session hours between 8am and 9pm PST, Monday through Friday.
- Ability to attend training sessions during business hours.
- Requirement to complete, sign, and lock documentation in EMR within 48 hours of client contact.
Responsibilities
- Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+) practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
- Maintain a weekly caseload of 7-20 attended ongoing therapy sessions.
- Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust approaches based on client progress.
- Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and provide referrals when appropriate.
- Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
