Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or B2B/wholesale operations.
- Hands-on experience with logistics and warehouse coordination, including working with 3PLs.
- Practical experience exporting goods internationally, including customs documentation, freight forwarders, Incoterms, commodity codes, and cross-border duties.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented work style.
- Confidence in outbound outreach and professional follow-up.
- Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity.
- Shopify B2B experience (preferred).
- Exposure to consignment or wholesale accounting (preferred).
- Familiarity with US import/tariff rules (preferred).
- Proficiency in a second language such as Italian, German, or Japanese (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of wholesale accounts from prospecting and outreach through to closing.
- Coordinate with warehouse and fulfilment partners to ensure orders ship accurately and on time.
- Manage international shipping and export processes, including preparing customs paperwork and working with freight forwarders.
- Maintain CRM data, store-finder listings, and consignment stock reporting.
- Handle customer order confirmations, shipping updates, and account queries.
