Requirements
- 1-3+ years of professional recruiting experience.
- Experience in clinical recruiting or recruiting licensed healthcare providers is a plus.
- Hyper-organized with the ability to manage high-volume processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn new processes and assume ownership quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Passion for metabolic health and expanding access to high-quality care.
- Proven track record of success in fast-paced start-ups (healthcare, telehealth, or SaaS).
- Comfortable engaging with providers across phone, video, email, and chat.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for candidates, communicating Nourish’s value proposition and processes.
- Own the full candidate lifecycle, including application review, screening, interviews, offer calls, and closing.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while assessing clinical fit and alignment with the startup environment.
- Sync regularly with internal stakeholders regarding candidate feedback, hiring decisions, and pipeline priorities.
- Collaborate with Corporate Strategy, Provider Onboarding, and Product teams to create feedback loops.
- Drive applicant engagement through proactive outreach, timely follow-ups, and personalized communication.
- Lead outbound recruiting efforts to high-priority prospects.
