Requirements
- Technical background (software development or similar hands-on role).
- Ability to read code and actively participate in architecture discussions.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and model behavior.
- Experience with platform or backend products serving multiple internal teams.
- Knowledge of APIs, service architecture, observability, permissions, and rate limiting.
- Proven experience shipping products and owning product delivery.
- Fluent communication skills in English (C1 level).
- Ability to communicate technical tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and make day-to-day product decisions.
Responsibilities
- Shape product vision and roadmap for AI features within CKEditor.
- Drive daily prioritization, balancing user value, technical complexity, speed, and quality.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Manage the product lifecycle from conception through release.
- Define and track product requirements to ensure high-quality and scalable solutions.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support teams to maximize product success.
