- Identify additional test coverage not documented in requirements or acceptance criteria
- Demonstrated test planning and documentation
- Test case management and categorization
- Prioritizing test cases based on business risk
- Expert level Quality fundamentals and best practices
- Experience with testing highly available systems
- Understanding of application security
- Ability to coordinate testing efforts between teams for larger business goals
- Extensive experience with defect reporting including all the necessary elements and repeatability
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and create test cases
- Create test plans and suites for products and initiatives
- Provide mentoring on Quality principles for development teams
- Perform manual testing of products and solutions
- Evaluate product readiness for production
- Log defects and the steps to reproduce
- Coordinate with developers to ensure timely mitigation of defects
- Provide Quality related metrics
- Work with SDETs and Architects to prioritize test cases for automation
