Requirements
- Prior experience in commercial real estate (US or LATAM).
- 2+ years of relevant experience as a financial analyst, transaction coordinator, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in AI tools.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop systems and processes to improve team efficiency.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with underwriting, financial analysis, and due diligence processes.
- Proficiency in document preparation, agreement drafting, and contract review.
- Familiarity with real estate contracts, lease agreements, and escrow management.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage purchase and disposition processes, ensuring all details are gathered and reviewed with precision.
- Facilitate timely communication among stakeholders including brokers, investors, banks, legal counsel, and title companies.
- Draft and review template sale, lease, and other real estate agreements.
- Assist with underwriting, financial analysis, risk assessment, and due diligence reviews.
- Coordinate due diligence activities, overseeing the completion and review of third-party reports.
- Prepare investment memos, information packages, and documentation for investors and lenders.
- Provide proactive support to the acquisition team to ensure transaction-related tasks progress efficiently.
