Requirements
- 5+ years in RevOps, Growth Ops, GTM Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Engineering.
- Fluent in SQL and comfortable coding in Python or TypeScript.
- Proficiency with API integrations and webhooks.
- Production experience with the modern data stack: warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery), dbt, and Reverse ETL (Hightouch, Census).
- Deep expertise in Salesforce or HubSpot, including schema design and sync logic.
- Working knowledge of the GTM tech stack (e.g., Outreach, Gong, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
- Production experience deploying LLMs and AI agents in GTM workflows.
- Ability to run stakeholder discovery, define processes, and manage system design independently.
- Strong understanding of data security, governance, and sensitive data handling.
- Strong analytical judgment for prioritizing revenue-generating work.
Responsibilities
- Run discovery with revenue leaders to identify time sinks and design effective solutions.
- Architect the GTM data layer using Snowflake, dbt, and Reverse ETL tools like Hightouch or Census.
- Design and build AI agents and automated workflows for CRM enrichment, lead routing, and deal intelligence.
- Deploy LLMs and agents that provide concrete business value in revenue-critical processes.
- Wire systems together using APIs, webhooks, MCP servers, and automation platforms like n8n or Workato.
- Establish governance, audit trails, and security controls for all shipped agents.
- Build evaluation harnesses to measure real business outcomes like pipeline generated and rep hours saved.
- Document system architecture and operational runbooks for future scalability.
