Requirements
- Active and verifiable Ohio license: LSW, LISW, LIMFT, LPCC, LPC, or LMFT
- Active license in state of residence if not Ohio
- Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings
- Strong communication and clinical skills with a person-centered, trauma-informed approach
- Comfort using EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Maintain a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet connection
Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and collaboratively develop evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms
- Support members with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges with flexibility to work with substance use disorders
- Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation in an electronic medical record system
- Utilize AI-powered clinical scribe technology for documentation assistance
- Coordinate care and contribute to a multidisciplinary environment
- Participate in clinical team meetings and case consultations
- Adhere to HIPAA and state licensure regulations
