Requirements
- Spanish or Portuguese speaker (required).
- Fluent English (required).
- Prior experience managing affiliate programs and/or influencer partnerships, with a focus on demand/lead generation.
- Prior experience in social media management and/or community management.
- Analytical ability to turn performance data into actionable reports and recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills to manage an editorial calendar, partner relationships, and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Prior experience building affiliate programs from the ground up is a plus.
- Experience with employee advocacy programs is a plus.
- Knowledge of B2B SaaS, martech, or WhatsApp Business/conversational AI is a plus.
- Experience with communities and partnerships across multiple Latin American markets is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead demand generation through Affiliate and Influencer programs, including prospecting, activation, relationship management, and performance tracking.
- Structure and scale the affiliate/influencer program, defining goals, commission structure, and partner prioritization criteria.
- Plan and publish social content, including defining and executing the social media editorial calendar.
- Develop and run employee advocacy programs, encouraging employees to organically amplify the brand.
- Produce monthly performance reports for community and affiliate/influencer channels, focused on demand generation metrics.
- Monitor brand mentions, interactions, and audience sentiment, responding in line with the brand's tone of voice.
- Collaborate with the Content & SEO, Performance Marketing, and Sales teams to integrate channels into the acquisition funnel.
