Requirements
- Expert knowledge of Canva.
- Expert knowledge of Capcut.
- Expert video editing skills for social media platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, including expert knowledge of English grammar.
- Proven experience in social media content creation and management.
- Extreme attention to detail from a graphic design standpoint.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Working knowledge of Google Drive products.
- Digital marketing experience (highly preferred).
- Intermediate knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter (highly preferred).
Responsibilities
- Create custom, unique, and branded social media graphics following client brand guidelines.
- Produce high-quality social media videos (7-30 seconds) with an eye for trends.
- Communicate directly with clients to provide services and address client-related matters.
- Manage miscellaneous tasks related to social media content creation and digital marketing.
- Handle administrative duties as required.
- Ensure client satisfaction through effective problem-solving and task prioritization.
