Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with PHP.

- Proven track record in building and maintaining backend systems.
- Ability to design scalable APIs and systems.
- Experience with Agile environments.
- Familiarity with secure coding practices (OWASP).
- Proficiency in TDD, BDD, and DDD methodologies.
- Operational readiness for on-call rotations.
- Strong documentation and code review skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate across teams to align business, technical, and testing goals.
- Estimate and plan tasks to ensure delivery confidence.
- Review specifications, design solutions, and deliver high-impact features.
- Monitor, deploy, and troubleshoot features in staging and production.
- Own incidents during on-call rotations to ensure rapid resolution.
- Uphold and enforce coding and testing standards.
- Conduct code reviews, ensure test coverage, and maintain documentation.
- Break down epics and design scalable APIs and systems.
- Mentor peers on TDD, BDD, DDD, and best practices.
