Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in client service, relationship management, or wealth management operations.
  • Experience within an RIA, broker-dealer, family office, or financial services firm.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Series 65 or Series 66 license preferred (waived with CFP certification).
  • Demonstrated experience supporting high-net-worth clients.
  • Strong understanding of investment accounts, retirement plans, trust accounts, and money movement processes.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Commitment to professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.
  • Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP) preferred.
  • Life & Health Insurance license preferred.
  • Experience with Tamarac CRM, Tamarac Reporting, and eMoney preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned group of client households.
  • Coordinate all aspects of client meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and gathering financial information.
  • Assist advisors with implementing financial planning recommendations and preparing client deliverables like cash flow projections and investment reports.
  • Execute account administration tasks such as account openings, maintenance, transfers, and money movement.
  • Maintain accurate client records within Tamarac CRM and ensure documentation meets firm standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Private Wealth Planners and Investment Operations to ensure coordinated service.
