- Proficient in navigating various telehealth platforms and EHR systems.
- Adaptable to evolving technology, including AI-driven tools and digital platforms.
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet access.
- Able to work weekends and assigned holidays as part of your regular schedule.
Responsibilities
- Support clinicians with patient coordination tasks including pharmacy communication and prescription support.
- Manage referrals and prior authorizations.
- Perform scheduling and follow-up outreach.
- Provide empathetic, patient-centered communication internally and externally.
- Accurately and thoroughly document tasks and communications in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Identify workflow issues and escalate when needed.
- Participate in team huddles and quality initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
