Requirements
- At least 1.5 years of commercial experience in software development with a focus on the TypeScript/JavaScript stack.
- Proven experience with Node.js, React.js, and REST API development.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Microsoft Copilot.
- Ability to write effective prompts for AI-generated code and refactoring.
- Experience preparing code for AI-assisted review and translating AI-generated specifications into tasks.
- Strong debugging and validation skills for AI-generated code.
- Experience working in SCRUM teams.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
- Analytical thinking and solid technical judgment.
- Fluent English.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust software applications using TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, Nest.js, and React.
- Implement new functionality from scratch, including role-based access control services and API integrations, under the guidance of Senior Developers.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Work in an AI-augmented development environment, leveraging tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Microsoft Copilot.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and maintainability.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and team collaboration practices.
- Follow Agile/SCRUM methodologies and actively participate in ceremonies.
