Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Senior Developer.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent qualifications.
- Proven track record in delivering production-quality software.
- Proficiency in C, C++, and .NET programming languages.
- Experience with database/query languages, with an emphasis on T-SQL.
- Expertise in customer-focused design, system architecture, and software product development.
- Experience executing system-level integration of multiple software components.
- Knowledge of software engineering principles, frameworks, and technologies.
- Experience with various software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean, Waterfall, Spiral).
- Ability to travel occasionally to other locations as needed.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop technical designs to solve complex business problems in collaboration with Business Analysts.
- Manage the development, deployment, and integration of software solutions.
- Report on status of development, quality, operations, and system performance to the SDM.
- Consult with management and other developers to determine software solution requirements.
- Collaborate with front end users on software functionality.
- Resolve software deployment and integration errors, and document processes.
- Perform routine maintenance and monitor performance metrics.
- Ensure accountability for testing, test scripts, release notes, user guides, and workflow diagrams.
