Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Active Public Trust clearance/suitability determination or active DoD Secret clearance.
- Reside in the U.S. and lived in the U.S. for three of the last five years.
- 4+ years of hands-on systems integration experience with enterprise applications.
- 2+ years of experience supporting Salesforce integrations, Salesforce APIs, Connected Apps, service accounts, authentication, or platform administration/development.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, OAuth, SAML, and API security.
- Experience with production systems, incident response, and root cause analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts to validate Salesforce applications, workflows, integrations, reports, dashboards, and user experience.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, accessibility, and release testing.
- Collaborate with developers, administrators, business analysts, and architects to ensure requirements are met.
- Identify, track, and validate defect resolutions.
- Maintain QA documentation, quality metrics, and compliance testing.
- Support deployments, enhancements, production issue resolution, and Agile ceremonies.
