Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of instructional design experience.
- Expert-level skills in Articulate Rise and Storyline 360.
- Practical experience with AI agents and use cases to accelerate content development (Microsoft Copilot preferred).
- Exceptional ability to translate complex or technical subjects into clear, engaging content.
- Keen eye for layout, color, and brand alignment using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Portfolio showcasing a wide range of engaging learning materials.
- Technical savvy with ability to use virtual/instant messaging and conferencing tools.
- Access to a strong internet signal.
- Available during established working hours.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging learning materials including in-person sessions, facilitator guides, digital modules, and videos.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance the efficiency and quality of content creation.
- Collaborate effectively with peers and project managers in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Manage individual development projects, track progress, and meet project deadlines.
- Evaluate the success and metrics of learning programs.
- Ensure content adheres to data privacy and governance requirements.
