Requirements

- Understanding of the Japanese gaming content creator landscape (YouTubers, VTubers, streamers).
- Experience with Japanese online communities (Discord JP, Twitter, Niconico, 5ch).
- Knowledge of Japanese guild culture in MMOs.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to act on opportunities independently.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage dedicated Japanese channels on Discord, including structure, roles, and moderation.
- Develop a Japanese community growth strategy targeting MMO players, guild leaders, and creators.
- Identify and build relationships with Japanese YouTubers, streamers, and content creators.
- Engage with Japanese gaming communities on platforms like Twitter/X, Niconico, and 5ch.
- Localize community announcements, patch notes, and event communications with native-level writing.
- Run community events tailored to Japanese player culture.
- Prepare weekly reports on sentiment, growth, and cultural insights.
- Act as a cultural advisor for the global team regarding market resonance and strategy.
