Requirements
- 5+ years of solid experience in network engineering.
- Expertise in troubleshooting, infrastructure operations, and deployment projects.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and documentation-driven.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field (nice-to-have).
- Experience working within an MSP environment (nice-to-have).
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP, PCNSE, NSE/FCP, Azure Network Engineer Associate, or AWS Advanced Networking (nice-to-have).
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Level 3 escalation point for complex network incidents and major outages.
- Lead network implementation, migration, upgrade, and infrastructure improvement projects.
- Design, deploy, maintain, and optimize enterprise networks, including routers, switches, wireless, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Drive vulnerability remediation and support infrastructure audit and compliance activities.
- Conduct network assessments, root cause analyses, capacity planning, performance tuning, and security reviews.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and network diagrams.
- Participate in client and vendor meetings to provide technical recommendations and support IT planning.
