Responsibilities
- Guide business owners through operational and financial planning, including accounting and reporting.
- Advise on hiring processes, sales strategies, and customer service approaches.
- Support business growth through digital marketing and social media strategy.
- Provide guidance on web development.
- Assist clients in applying AI fundamentals, AI agents, and AI automation to modern business operations.
- Host virtual coaching sessions.
- Partner with the Leland team to deliver a high-quality experience.
