- Windows environment familiarity (preferred)
- VRI systems experience (preferred)
- PC troubleshooting skills (preferred)
- Previous interpreting experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Interpret through web-based system
- Answer inbound calls in a timely manner
- Assist clients with basic troubleshooting
- Provide superior customer service
