Requirements
- Proven experience in the Beauty and Skincare sector (MUST HAVE).
- Professional experience in E-commerce (MUST HAVE).
- Familiarity with automation production processes.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Knowledge of Otomo.
- Strong project management capabilities for handling multiple concurrent projects.
- 5+ years of experience in an advertising agency (preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro (preferred).
- Expertise in typography, layout, and technical design details (preferred).
- Experience in animation storyboarding, print collateral, and branding (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Produce design concepts and assets from initial brief through to project completion.
- Ensure all output maintains high standards of quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Influence clients by pitching new creative concepts and providing expert design input.
- Create and repurpose content across digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Manage day-to-day project workflows, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor industry trends and advancements to maintain creative excellence.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients to provide excellent service.
