Requirements
- Proven track record of owning and driving impactful product initiatives end-to-end as a senior/staff individual contributor.
- Demonstrated senior-level experience leading system design and architecture decisions.
- Expertise in high level programming languages including Python, TypeScript, Java, Rust, or Go.
- Experience building and owning software in a complex domain such as Finance, Healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, shifting environment.
- Experience leveraging AI tools such as Cursor or Claude code for development.
- Business-Fluent English (written and verbal).
- Domain knowledge in Climate/Sustainability, Construction Tech, or Manufacturing is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the full product loop, including forming hypotheses, discovery, shipping, and measuring.
- Expand LCA calculation and EPD generation to additional product categories and regional markets.
- Translate environmental science and ISO/EN standards into clean software abstractions in collaboration with LCA experts.
- Define requirements, navigate trade-offs, and drive delivery for complex, ambiguous projects.
- Coach and mentor engineers on system architecture.
- Invest in tooling, processes, and abstractions to improve team output.
- Identify technical problems and turn them into actionable proposals.
