Requirements
- 3+ years of field marketing or event strategy experience with direct ownership of enterprise or high-touch programs.
- Startup or high-growth SaaS experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple events, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders simultaneously.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a track record of delivering seamless experiences.
- Demonstrated experience leading full-cycle event production including AV, vendor coordination, and on-site logistics.
- Solution-oriented mindset with a bias toward action and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Continuous-improvement mindset for building systems and elevating execution.
- Ability and willingness to travel for events as needed.
- Preference for candidates based in the NYC metro area.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and deliver creative, elevated event experiences that resonate with higher education stakeholders.
- Own end-to-end execution of field marketing initiatives, from planning and logistics through on-site coordination, post-event engagement, and debriefs.
- Develop and manage tight event and production cycles, including roadmaps, prep decks, run-of-show documents, and executive briefings.
- Create attendee communications and pre- and post-event content aligned with brand voice.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across Growth, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align on goals and messaging.
- Partner with Sales on outbound and follow-up programs, including persona-based messaging and feedback loops.
- Identify and evaluate high-impact opportunities such as conferences and curated executive events.
- Maintain and improve event documentation, workflows, and playbooks to ensure scalable growth motions.
- Interpret performance data to provide clear recommendations and next steps.
