Requirements
- 5+ years of dedicated Project Management experience, ideally managing global IT or SaaS deployments.
- Demonstrated experience using AI-powered project management tools, generative AI, or predictive analytics.
- Proven experience working within structured project management frameworks (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).
- Documented success in delivering complex projects on time and on budget.
- Exceptional ability to manage competing priorities and international deadlines.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing project profitability.
- High proficiency with modern project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheets, MS Office, G-Suite).
- Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and negotiation skills with cultural awareness.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building trust with cross-functional, remote international teams.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Adopt internal AI and automation tools to streamline project tracking and documentation.
- Travel domestically (up to 25%) to lead kick-off meetings and steering committee reviews.
- Navigate complex relationships with international stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Define and analyze project scopes, resource allocations, and localized outcomes.
- Develop granular project plans and manage scheduling across multiple time zones.
- Track concurrent workstreams to ensure deadlines and project commitments are met.
- Deliver documented project updates to delivery teams, sponsors, and clients.
- Identify, track, and resolve project risks and issues.
- Maintain audit-ready project documentation using standardized systems.
- Methodically close projects to enable revenue recognition and perform post-project reviews.
