Requirements
- At least 9 months of BPO - Collections experience in International accounts
- Capability to use dialers
- Proven account management experience
- Familiarity with collection laws and regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good customer service orientation
- Operating System: Windows 11 OS
- Processor: 2.0 GHz, 64-bit processor (Intel Core i5 or higher, minimum 9th Gen)
- Memory: Minimum of 8 GB RAM
- Storage: At least 80 GB free hard drive space
- Peripherals: USB headset with noise-canceling feature
- Internet: Cable or fiber only, 75 Mbps download and 75 Mbps upload speed, hardwired connection
Responsibilities
- Contact clients to collect outstanding payments
- Communicate professionally with customers to encourage debt payment
- Strike a balance between maintaining trustful relationships and ensuring timely payments
