Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or a call center environment
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls each day
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic computer proficiency and experience using CRM systems is advantageous
- Experience in the travel industry is preferred
- Prior experience in appointment setting is a plus
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other approved channels
- Introduce the company's services and engage potential clients in professional conversations
- Qualify prospects based on established criteria
- Schedule meetings or discovery calls for the sales team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM
- Follow approved call scripts and outreach processes while adapting to each prospect's need
- Conduct follow-up activities to maximize appointment-setting opportunities
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and appointment targets
- Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training
