Requirements
- Proven experience in B2C cold calling, appointment setting, lead generation, or consultative sales.
- Experience in healthcare, home care, senior care, medical services, insurance, or a related industry (strongly preferred).
- Experience communicating with seniors, adult children, family caregivers, or individuals making care decisions.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong empathy, patience, professionalism, and relationship-building ability.
- Ability to explain healthcare or home care services clearly to unfamiliar individuals.
- Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills.
- Familiarity with U.S. demographics, consumer behavior, and private-pay healthcare markets.
- Understanding of affluent U.S. communities and ability to communicate with private-pay prospects.
- Healthcare referral or provider relationship experience (strong advantage).
- Highly organized, self-motivated, persistent, and comfortable working toward measurable goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct professional B2C cold calls to prospective clients and families.
- Speak confidently and compassionately with adult children, family caregivers, and elderly clients.
- Identify potential home care needs and qualify prospects based on their situation, timeline, and care requirements.
- Educate prospects about home care, CNA support, medication assistance, companionship, and nursing-related care coordination.
- Use a consultative selling approach rather than high-pressure sales tactics.
- Build rapport with prospects and establish trust during initial conversations.
- Maintain accurate call notes, prospect information, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Follow up consistently with qualified prospects and help move opportunities through the sales process.
- Support relationship-building with physicians, clinics, discharge planners, and other healthcare providers.
