Requirements
- Strong editorial judgment and proven audience growth instincts.
- Experience creating B2B, practitioner-led, or professional editorial content.
- Exceptional interviewing and synthesis skills.
- Proven experience growing newsletter engagement, subscriber bases, or community participation.
- Proficiency across multimedia formats including newsletters, social, video, podcasts, webinars, and events.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data and audience signals to guide experimentation and optimization.
- Deep understanding of SEO, distribution strategies, and AI discovery trends.
- Experience collaborating with contributors, SMEs, and strategic partners.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to turn complex financial workflows and operational topics into accessible, engaging editorial experiences.
Responsibilities
- Create, assign, edit, and publish editorial content across articles, newsletters, social, video, podcasts, and events.
- Develop content informed by real practitioner insight, including interviews, surveys, and contributor conversations.
- Improve SEO-driven and community-driven content with strong storytelling, structure, and practitioner insights.
- Produce and optimize decision-support formats like benchmark reports, salary guides, and AI-focused reports.
- Use analytics platforms including Marfeel, GA, and HubSpot to guide editorial experimentation and performance optimization.
- Identify, recruit, and manage a network of finance contributors, SMEs, and strategic partners.
- Package and distribute content across multiple digital channels to drive subscriber growth and engagement.
