Requirements
- 5-8 years of professional experience in testing web and mobile applications.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including SSRS and Power BI.
- Advanced T-SQL skills for testing ETL processes, KPIs, and reports.
- Proven ability to design and execute test strategies from source-to-target mappings.
- Experience presenting technical and business value to stakeholders.
- Experience coaching and mentoring team members.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of relational and dimensional data models.
Responsibilities
- Perform automated and API testing for complex applications and edge cases.
- Design and execute test strategies from technical specs and source-to-target mappings.
- Serve as a technical SME during sprint planning and delivery.
- Document plans to mitigate anticipated risks and blockers.
- Mentor peer and junior team members via code reviews and ad-hoc collaboration.
- Present test plans, metrics, and insights to client stakeholders.
- Conduct recruiting interviews and evaluate technical candidates.
