Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles with increasing responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of Ecuadorian accounting and tax regulations.
- Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
- Experience managing multi-entity or international financial operations.
- Proven experience in financial planning, modeling, and analysis (FP&A).
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
Responsibilities
- Own the monthly close process across all entities.
- Oversee the preparation of Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss (P&L), and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with Ecuadorian accounting, tax, and labor regulations and U.S. GAAP.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Build and maintain financial models to support growth and profitability analysis.
- Design and implement cost control and financial discipline frameworks.
- Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors in US and Ecuador.
