Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 1.5 years of experience in a software engineering role.
- Proficient in C#/.Net.
- Familiarity with basic programming constructs and design patterns.
- Basic understanding of version control tools such as GitHub.
- Familiarity with writing unit tests and test-driven development frameworks like NUnit or Jest.
- Basic understanding of distributed systems fundamentals.
- Experience using collaboration platforms such as Jira and Confluence.
Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of the Core team's domain and technology stack.
- Handle small-to-medium features with support from senior engineers.
- Write code adhering to established standards and participate in code reviews.
- Collaborate with team members to implement solutions.
- Build reliable and maintainable software components focusing on quality.
- Utilise version control systems for code management and development workflow.
- Participate in sprint ceremonies such as daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot and debug software issues.
- Utilise AI coding tools like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot extensively.
- Participate in on-call duties.
