Requirements
- 7+ years proficiency in C/C++ commercial development for embedded systems.
- In-depth understanding of low-level programming, memory management, and optimization.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Expert in embedded system architecture.
- Proficient in real-time operating systems (RTOS), multi-threaded programming, and synchronization techniques.
- Strong knowledge of microcontrollers, processors, and peripherals.
- Experience in hardware-software integration and driver development.
- Advanced skills in analyzing and optimizing software performance for real-time applications, including energy efficiency.
- Proficiency in using debugging tools like JTAG, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.
- Experience with embedded Linux platforms and kernel module development.
- Knowledge of IoT protocols and wireless communication technologies (e.g., Zigbee, BLE, Wi-Fi, LoRa).
- Familiarity with embedded systems security protocols, encryption techniques, and security best practices.
- English language proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of complex embedded systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance across all projects.
- Define and design the overall architecture for embedded systems, ensuring compatibility and efficiency with hardware components.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for software architecture, processes, and systems.
- Identify technical risks in projects, implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth delivery of software solutions.
- Mentor senior and junior engineers, providing strategic direction, technical oversight, and career development guidance.
