Requirements
- Medical Degree (MD) from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification in Psychiatry.
- Advanced training in reproductive psychiatry.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical practice experience in reproductive psychiatry.
- Current medical license in good standing.
- Ability and willingness to obtain additional state medical licenses as needed.
- Demonstrated leadership, team building, and mentorship capabilities.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving remote startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision for psychiatric nurse practitioners and therapists.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment protocols to evaluate patient outcomes and revenue sustainability.
- Build and oversee quality assurance programs to ensure adherence to clinical best practices and regulatory compliance.
- Lead the clinical strategy, vision, and innovative service offerings for women's reproductive mental health.
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning, product design, and patient experience initiatives.
- Analyze clinical outcomes data to drive insights, thought leadership, and continuous practice improvement.
- Recruit, hire, and manage clinical staff while fostering a supportive, collaborative virtual environment.
