Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, Community Management, or Open Source Program Management.
- Fluent in English and at least one of the following: Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean.
- Experience building and scaling technical communities.
- Deep understanding of open-source development and GitHub-based contributor workflows.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience creating high-quality technical content for developer audiences.
- Ability to build trust with engineers, maintainers, and researchers.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute developer community strategy and grow contributor participation.
- Serve as a public advocate and build relationships with developers, researchers, and ecosystem partners.
- Produce high-quality technical content including tutorials, guides, documentation, and blog posts.
- Establish OpenClaw as a default platform for open AI agents by cultivating partnerships.
- Launch and manage ambassador programs, contributor grants, hackathons, and virtual events.
- Measure and improve key ecosystem metrics such as contributor growth, retention, and project adoption.
