10+ years of software development or technical architecture experience across varied stacks, including cloud environments.
3+ years in engineering leadership, technical consulting, or solutions architecture.
Hands-on familiarity with modern AI engineering workflows and agentic tooling.
Experience designing or advising on AI operating models or transformation programs.
Strong executive communication and presentation skills for C-level and business stakeholders.
Demonstrated ownership of enterprise consulting engagements, including scope and commercial outcomes.
Ability to engage effectively with both technical leadership and business operations.
Ability to provide hands-on technical guidance when critical challenges arise.
Experience with Databricks, LLM prompt engineering, or RAG architecture is a plus.
Ability to obtain Databricks and Anthropic certifications post-hire.

Own the success of AI transformation engagements from discovery through executive handoff.
Run structured discovery to map context, AI readiness, and business impact.
Design target architectures and AI operating models that define how organizations adopt and scale AI in production.
Set strategic and technical direction across architecture, data readiness, and delivery priorities.
Build executive relationships to position the company as a long-term AI partner.
Shape follow-on scope throughout delivery to drive ongoing business value.
Mentor Architects and Forward Deployed Engineers on technical and executive engagement models.
