Requirements
- Active mental health license in North Carolina (LPCC, LCSW, or LMHC)
- Proven experience supervising clinicians, peers, or other mental health providers
- Strong working knowledge of ACT, DBT, and CBT modalities
- Highly organized with strong documentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Tech savvy and data-driven
- Passionate about youth mental health
Responsibilities
- Supervise Somethings Peer Support Specialist Mentors during scheduled hours
- Ensure safety and clinical effectiveness of Mentors and teens
- Manage Mentors to ensure they meet expectations for professionalism and role requirements
- Provide accurate documentation to the Clinical Ops team
- Provide regular updates to the Head of Clinical Ops on the health of supervisees
