Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a UX Researcher conducting end-to-end research, from early design concepts through analysis and recommendations.
- Hands-on experience with a wide range of research methods, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and behavioral analytics.
- Ability to select the right methodology for each research objective.
- Familiarity with digital analytics and behavior-tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Glassbox.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Portfolio showcasing case studies that demonstrate how research informed product decisions and improved digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX research initiatives that inform and improve the overall user experience across products and services.
- Plan, design, and execute end-to-end primary research using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Analyze and synthesize research findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
- Partner closely with UX Designers, Product Managers, Data Analysts, and other stakeholders to identify research needs and shape product roadmaps.
- Prioritize and manage a research backlog in a fast-changing environment, aligning research activities with business goals and user outcomes.
- Communicate research findings through compelling reports and presentations that influence decision-making.
- Maintain research standards, templates, and UX research best practices.
