Requirements
- Must be based in EU timezone.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Degree or Masters in a business or technology discipline (preferred).
- Demonstrated experience managing teams in a scrum framework.
- Experience in defining business requirements in the context of software and application development.
- Experience in working with UI/UX teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Build project plans that ensure maximum utilisation of the team for impact.
- Partner with Product to translate their vision into cohesive execution plans.
- Lead cross-team collaboration for initiatives spanning multiple internal teams.
- Coordinate deliverables from external partners as necessary.
- Perform ticket creation and management in support of the roadmap.
- Manage project-level resource assignment and scheduling.
- Identify and drive process improvements for ETA accuracy and code quality.
- Provide on-demand, accurate status to stakeholders.
- Run all team ceremonies and meetings.
- Drive resolution of production issues.
