Responsibilities
- Host engaging 30–45 minute virtual info sessions with small groups of candidates.
- Conduct one-on-one conversations to answer questions and assess fit.
- Communicate with confidence, professionalism, and positive energy.
- Manage follow-ups, scheduling, and documentation.
- Represent our company’s culture and values in every conversation.
