Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in content project management within a commercial company or a non-profit organization
- Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external contractors, including task management, brief creation, and deadline tracking
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to optimize workflows, identify process improvements, and understand dependencies across projects
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment, and proactively solve problems
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with Google Sheets, Jira, and Confluence
- Understanding of the health, fitness, and active lifestyle industry
Responsibilities
- Manage content projects and the workout content production process for the mobile app
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while effectively prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Create clear and detailed briefs for cross-functional teams involved in content production
- Facilitate smooth communication across stakeholders by coordinating timelines, assigning tasks, and resolving day-to-day challenges
- Structure, organize, and visualize information using Google Sheets, Confluence, Jira, and Figma
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality content that meets product and business standards
