Requirements
- Have 4+ years of proven project management experience.
- Have proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager.
- Have experience managing internal products, projects, and processes.
- Have experience managing digital and operational business process improvement projects.
- Have hands-on experience in business process analysis and workflow optimization, with a track record of implementing improvements in products or operational processes.
- Have experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with business, technical, and senior stakeholders.
- Be fluent in English at Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level.
- Practical experience with AI and automation tools is relevant; proficiency with no-code/low-code tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, or Bolt is a plus.
- Experience implementing AI into products or business processes with measurable results is a plus.
- Experience in B2B marketing operations, lead generation, demand generation, or marketing automation is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate multiple projects across departments, delivering within scope and budget.
- Own end-to-end project planning, including solution design, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Analyze workflows and business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and translate findings into initiatives and project requirements.
- Lead business process improvement initiatives from problem clarification and project definition through implementation, adoption, and validation of outcomes.
- Gather requirements, report progress, present results, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead implementation planning, operational readiness, stakeholder communication, training, transition, and post-launch follow-up.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to integrate business systems, processes, and technology solutions.
